How to Set-Up a Coaching Session with Kirby
Coaching can help you get faster and better results, while going through my books or my courses. A coaching session is 1 hour. Kindly be guided by the following procedure:

1 session = Php 1,500 [Good for clarification and consultation]
3 sessions bundle = Php 4,000 (save 500) [Ideal for brainstorming, reviewing, tweaking, and adjusting your project output]
6 sessions bundle = Php 8,000 (save 1,000) [Best for “hand-holding” or step-by-step process in creating the results you want.]
12 sessions bundle = Php 15,000 (save 3,000) [Great for monthly sessions for continuous guidance and accountability]

The Program
Passion8 Seminars train employees how to be self-motivated, be team players, and be effective problem solvers through eight essential behaviors and skills divided into 3 modules, namely, Discover Your Fire, Build Your Fire, and Spread Your Fire.
Module 1: Discover Your Fire
When people struggle with clarity about their purpose in life, it will be hard to motivate them. This module helps participants connect their biggest WHYs to the company’s overall purpose. It leads them to rediscover their reasons for working and to see their jobs as a calling. The goal is to fire them up to do their work in order to help them reach their personal goals in life.

Module 2: Build Your Fire
Conflicts that are not addressed and resolved hamper the work. Low trust and broken relationships destroy company morale. But when relationships are strong, people become passionate about what they do. Building trust and teamwork creates a productive environment where talents are complemented and output is maximized. The goal is to teach participants trustworthiness, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

Module 3: Spread Your Fire
Problems arise each working day. When addressed poorly, they can aggravate and pile up. The abilities to think, communicate, and serve excellently help the overall organization solve its biggest concerns and assure continuity of growth. The goal is to make the participants effective problem solvers and innovators, so that the passion for work will be sustained and spread to the rest of the organization.

Schedule Options
The sessions can be done over Zoom or meeting face to face. You may choose any of the formats that best fits your schedule.

Sessions are to be conducted consecutively for 8 weeks.

About Kirby Llaban
Kirby Llaban is an author of 5 books, namely, The Fired Up Life, 365 Fired Up Days, Fired Up to Create, The Fired Up Speaker, and Passion8. He is married to Michelle with 4 children, Sev, Kaitlyn, Max, and Sam. Kirby is a member of the Couples For Christ and was a full time missionary for 16 years. Within these years, he was able to give talks and trainings in 34 countries through various missions. He has his own training consultancy business, Fired Up Life Training Services, where he provides motivational talks, values formation, and leadership training to companies, organizations, schools, and parishes. He earned his Masters degree in Theology in 2016 and is currently a PhD Candidate in the Loyola School of Theology at the Ateneo de Manila University.
